- Professional Fishing Guide Service (native guides with long experience in the region and with exclusive training from Eribert Marquez);

5 – ITEMS NOT-INCLUDED IN THE TRIP

- Airfare to arrive in Manaus is on behalf of the fisherman.
- Extra accommodation / extra transfers / extra flights, food and other expenses in Manaus is at Fisherman's expense.
- The State Fishing License (made online on the IPAAM website) may be made by us, provided the Fisherman sends us the necessary personal information 60 days in advance: Complete name, Passport, adress, etc.)
- Reels, lines and rods must be taken by the fisherman or rented at the Hotel (subject to availability and disclaimer).
- Tips are not included and values are free.
- Any other expenses not-mentioned in the included items.

6 - PAYMENT METHODS:

- Payments realized by Bank transfers, via Xoom or Swift code (*but if Swift code installments needs from $ 300 to $ 3,000) by: A cash entry of 20% of the total trip up to 5 working days of the reservation and the balance no later than 60 days before the trip.

8 - OUR REGION AND OUR FISHES

- Come fishing in high performance and great quality on the charming waters of Rio Negro and its close affluents, specially on Itú and Arirarrá Rivers and in the lakes surrounding the Rio Negro, such as: Paranã da Floresta, Bafuana, Cachoeira, among other excellent fishing areas.
- The most abundant fishes during our fishing are: Tucunarés Açús or Peacock Bass (Cichla temensis), Pirararas and Piraíbas

9 - OUR SEASON, DATES AND SCHEDULE

- Due to the rainfall regime and river floods, we operate every year from September to January.
- Our schedule and dates are pre-established due to the necessity of charter flights from Manaus to Barcelos.
- ARRIVAL TO MANAUS: The charter flight departs from Manaus to Barcelos early on the first day of the package. It is necessary to arrive to Manaus 1 day before, according to the examples above.
- RETURN FROM MANAUS: The return to your city may be realized on the returning day from Barcelos after 4 pm. That is because the return from Barcelos to Manaus is up to 2:30 pm on the last day of the package.

10 - CANCELLATION POLICY:

10.1 – Conditions for cancellation over 60 days from the departing date by the customer: The amount paid will not be compensated, but may be returned in the form of credit to rebook the trip within 1 year, with the due tax differences if verified.
10.2 – Conditions for cancellation less than 60 days from the departing date by the customer: For cancellations less than 30 days from the booking date, a fine of 50% of the trip amount will be charged and the remaining balance may be returned in the form of credit for rebooking within 30 days.
10.3 – Conditions for cancellation by the contractor for reasons of human nature: In case of cancellations by the contractor due to any reasons of human nature preventing the realization of the fishing program, the amounts paid and proved by e-mail must be fully returned by the contractor and with a 10% fine on the total amount, as a means of correction.
10.4 – Conditions for cancellation by the contractor for reasons of non-human nature: In case of cancellation by the contractor due to non-human nature reasons (as the lack environmental conditions for fishing or other natural events), the amounts paid and proved by e-mail must be returned in the form of credit for rebooking within 1 year after the original date or fully returned by the contractor, without any fines charged.
